Hey dude might be worth trying one of these while it mends tore the ligaments in mine trying 180's onto the deck at Oxford could'nt ride
(ARRRGH) till I put one of these on now I wear one a lot of the time for protection.

billy you are a really good bmxer there i cant do feck all lol need training, the wee mislanding there did look so sore i felt the pain even tho i aint ever sprained meself.
