I definitely remember it saying on the website that they cannot guarantee Xmas delivery.
It did say they would try their damned hardest though.

Anyway, this is the only country where you can't get anything done yesterday...there was an article last weekend about a Toyota dealer in the US holding 1500 Camrys in different colours/options, so that people could just walk in and buy one. Apparantly around 80% of all car sales are done instantly. Even 50% of Rolls Royces, listing at over $500K, are bought and then driven away.

I ordered a sofa, standard size, standard colour. Certainly sir they said, that will be 14 weeks, please pay now. 14 Weeks! That is 3 days to make the fooking thing, and 95 days to maybe go bust with your money and to scratch their arses..
