Yeah he did. I think it might have been on the International BMX Beat. There was a feature about Scottish BMX.

Guys. i didn't know he died either. I used to work with Charlie in Dumfries, and know his wife and 2 sons Gary and Craig.He was the chairman of our BMX club for years, and did da lot for the scottish scene including judging. Very nice guy. RIP

It was the guy in the bottom right corner that scared me. Is that Brian Henderson? or Tosh from the Bill? he looks like he's just got out of bed, whoever it is..
