Tony told me I'd just slide if I came off in the bowl at Corby!!! He didn't mention anything about breaking bones....

Tony - you getting up to Corby during June - seem to remember you are getting back to work soon so not sure if that puts a stop on your regular riding sessions for a while.

age is not an excuse for not riding..... let the ribs heal up before going for anything big, but in the mean time pedal about as much as poss

as bouncing theres not much alive that bounces back from concrete

Not worried about getting back in the saddle, I may be a bit apprehensive, but I'll still be as scared/shite as before

As for the concrete, thats what worries me now ...
