Not had a twinge since falling off at Bristol then last night absolute agony!  Fine this morning though so think it was imagined.

im in alot of pain at the moment i broke my left wrist in three places they said four weeks and i should be better :tickedoff: so im not riding for along time and i was so nearly riding agen after finishing my bike
