For those who havent seen it, and even for those who have; Sean Burns section from Metal bikes 'Dead Bang' DVD.
Provin that there are still some real MEN in NS BMX.

This clip just won the Nora Cup Video part of the year. Which is brilliant, esp as this clip has a whip count of ZERO!

norm get mum or dad plus one of the eldest girls names
but was saying ouch and wow with a few ooohs thrown in lol
