Something very old for you all.
Back in 1972 Rick Twomey of Rick's Bike Shop came up with a new radical design of bike, he took a Schwinn Stingray and changed the front end and produced the first ever 'diamond' frame shape, a design that has been with us from that very time and is what started BMX (or BX as it was originally known).
This is a replica of one of those original team bikes as ridden by Dave Clinton, John Palfreyman, Thom Lund and Doug Takahashi.

Thanks Stidds, wow what a huge compliment from you, with your builds and bikes in your stable, I'm chuffed with your comment. That's good enough for me !
Your Schwinn is something else though, a true genesis build, real insight, determination and passion is required to pull off a build like yours. Amazing build with a stunning result. Respect
