Well one of my holy grails is finished .. i didn't think i'd find one of these :smitten: I just needed the plate and the pads for the last few weeks ..
The reason this one is so hard to find because they only made it for a short while , ( less than a year ) my therory is the hole in the gusset was too much like a Mongosse or Cook bros and Chuck Robinson changed the gusset to a flat gusset towards the end of 79 and the following year the Famous RRP Stamped gusset ..
I love the 78 Robbo i did last year but i think this one just takes it ..
As always looking for nice 70's parts most of this bike was sorced from outside the UK ...

This Pad was One the bike when it arrived , i had no chance of getting off without breaking it ..
Steve did an amazing job to the mm on the pads he made ..

I am really getting worried now as this is the 2nd chrome bike that I have fallen in love with in the last week on this site and I don't usually like chrome.
