Post by: Stodgy on September 03, 2008, 02:35 PM: Hello chaps, some of you would have seen this at MK08, but for those who didn't thought I'd better post it up.

I wanted to go a bit less retro and a bit more new school cool. So bye bye to the candy red and skinwalls and hello to blue n black.

I've got a gold S&M race stem coming tonight for it, and a 36t wtp chainring and 15t freewheel awaiting it.

MASSIVE THANKS TO SUPERBIKEDAN WHO TURNED THIS AROUND WHILE I WAITED, JUST 3 DAYS BEFORE MK08!!!!

I think the parts you've chosen to replace will be replaced on mine as a necessity anyway. The freewheel and headset on there won't last long anyway and I don't think the bb will last much longer either ::)

Anyway, Dave, when are you going to post some pics of your bike with the new stem. It looks so much better now! :smitten:

Tell you what though...the more i look at om flyers,the more i want one....i think there a fine bike....so nice for cruisin to work every day.....
