I am always on the lookout for something to build but it is getting harder to find something that gets the juices flowing.
Now I already have a 1975 A&A in orange, but another came my way and I jumped at the chance to get it, at the same time I stumbled across this 1977 GLJ 'lefty' sidehack. GLJ hacks are definitely a collectable, but this one is a left side hack whereas most hacks are on the right side of the bike, so even more unusual.
The A&A has some nice touches, such as the Moto One dual dropout forks, lots of Schwinn parts, Webco MX bars and if you look closely you will see that the rear brake is actually a disc brake, this is no modern touch, this is a 1970's Western Auto muscle bike disc brake that I machined to fit inside BMX dropouts, you can also see that the left (hack side) pedal has a classic road bike toe clip and strap as many of the early hack pilots used toe clips on the hack side.
I hope you like it......

Wow, that is another stunning build from you Stidds. That side hack is quite an elegant looking bit of kit too, sweet. I love it, hats off. Digging the Playboy decal too fistblump

Thank you and also thank you for the frame pad which is sitting happy on the A&A.
