I lean out then turn into it a little bit if you know what I mean maybe it's just me but I always lean the other way just before I bust into a rockwalk as well :daumenhoch:

That's up hill where you're riding yeah?    What is it you want to do, learn airs, or hop 180 to fakie?

If it's an air, then find somewhere a little steeper and you'll pick it up in no time, you're pretty much there. You don't want to learn airs straight up and down, a little carve helps a lot.

If it's a 180 hop to fakie you want, then you must find flat ground, or even a slight downhill slope (not too much mind, or you'll freak out), and learn them there.  You'll need to be riding along a a comfy pace, not too slow, and you've got to commit and be quite aggressive. It's important to try and land with your bars and your head and shoulders all straight, it'll help with the fakie afterward.

In truth, it's easier to learn a 180 jump first, then once you're happy the hop will come along naturally.

Have fun, keep posting up the vids   :daumenhoch:

Just keep at it!   BMX is not an easy sport....

Try a different spot too - you'll learn more with a bit of variety thrown in.

What Two Bob said...practice.
Try pulling the bike up as you flip it around as well  :daumenhoch:

instead of tryin to flat "hop" the bike around try turning into it a bit more bringing the front wheel up in the air first then kicking the back of the bike around with your trailing leg... if that makes sense  :uglystupid2:

I've not ridden for 20+ years but seem to remember thats how I did it BITD when doin 360's  :daumenhoch:

Like I said before, try flat ground or a slight downhill, that'll help.  Go a little faster and try to land with your bars straight. The faster you go, the more aggressive you'll have to be, so you'll tuck a bit more   ;)

Practice, practice, practice!
