Bit over the moon about this, an old friend and UK Freestyle legend has just had a pair of Space bars dropped off at my house tonight!!! Well chuffed as I once owned a pair of these, at the time innovative and cutting edge bars (87/88?).
Not too many sold but they where designed and hand built by Terry Jenkin's and his pop's and foam filled to give an increase of 10% if I recall correctly from the advert's... (he hee).
Anyway, here's the pictures folks, they are in great condition and I am considering using them again...! :daumenhoch:

I hooked up with Terry on Facebook and have been gassin' with him and his fellow team mate Andy Irwin about life and times, great stuff, we joked about the space bars and how I snap a pair once that was only 6th hand (as kids with no cash that's what we did, swap, barter, offer up sisters, etc).
Terry got his sister to drop his last pair off, (buried in mums attic!)...
Unreal, they are in great condition too, decals and paint! :D 8)

That paints a fuller picture. Good to hear from the man himself :daumenhoch:
I like the foam idea. I guess it could act like a shock absorber ???
