Will be back soon after that little taster . Had a good time even though I felt very fragile (stomach bug) . Looking forward to getting back into it . Tony also pulled a 540 rollback old school style.

Cracked under pressure though - couldn't give me a rollback 540 for the video at Epic the other night :D :D :D

good practice for 360s is doing them on flat ground. like the old bmx beat compulsory trick style.

still a tough move!

i bruised the base of my spine learning 360s one time, slamming down on the seat. the following days were the most pain i had ever felt in my life. at the time it was like "oooh bast" but it didnt really hurt until later.
