Title: Fly tip find - new skool - is it worth owt? pics sorted
Post by: nhoj on April 07, 2010, 07:38 PM: Saw this at the side of the road with some other rubbish that someone had dumped, thought it would be rude not to take it!!

Hate to see it go to the scrappers if it is any good to someone.

I can't offer it up for sale or bits as I don't have a tag at the mo, just seeing if it will be worth selling or breaking or disposing of in the proper manner at Leeds City councils lesiure. Actually I had thought that some of the poorer kids up at Fearnville would give it a few more years life.

Anyway, here are some pics. I think it is an Eastern BMX. Its had a healthy dose of silver paint/spray all over, including the wheels :)

Post by: scott250 on April 08, 2010, 07:56 PM: I think that would make a great bike for a kid just starting out - just needs a little sorting out, having seen some of the starter bikes some kids turn up to the skateparks on :-\ the only thing that looks out of place it the big 44 16 looking gearing - too uncool for the youths these days, haha.
