Jon The Bassist and Phil Critchlow's finish was close so those positions could be swapped in the Official Results. It just depends how the race line officials call it.
T'was a good days racing in searing heat.
I thought I would've done better but I have plenty of excuses!! ;D
Well done to Betty who had his snap on.
And well done to Gish for not giving up and pipping me on the line. I might have to put a bell on him next time to hear him coming!! ;D
I think the racing is getting more competitive and the riders seem to be bunched closer together. There dont seem to be any stragglers who are way off the pace but any slight mistake is severely punished.
So the future for Old Skool oop north is lookin' good.
In2BMX and Norty40 should be joining us at Manchester too!! :daumenhoch:
So roll on Sunny Manchester on the 20th June. Lytham GC is on the 27th June. One week later so dont forget.

All of the Old School Footage is now up and available for viewing. The rest of the footage will probably take 3-4 days before its all available for viewing.

digglers tuff flex was awesome when i was running round the inside of the first berm with him, he was literally riding on the walls, awesome :daumenhoch:

Bang on Moley, for us back-mid pack riders you've got to improve just to keep at the same level.
Let's keep it on and kick ass at MK!

Going up to Coppull again tonight with Carl and John (bobafett) to get some more practice in , think John might join us at Lytham too , seems to be an easier track from what people have said , ie good for beginners :D

I reckon we are all much much quicker......well thats what I,m sticking too anyway!! so even tho I,m still at the back I,m closer to a quicker bunch... :daumenhoch: :LolLolLolLol:

All of the footage is now uploaded to YouTube.
The only races missing are Moto 1 races of Novice 5-6, 7-8 and 9-11. I think Thomas went for a pee before filming and missed the first 3 and a half races. Even Emo's have to pee sometimes!!! :D

i thought i pipped moley into second place in the 'c' final as did moley aswell but the north region bmx committee have gave him the points for second place :2gunsfiring_v1:

I thought ya just did me Gish!!
I thought it was when your wheel touched the line (as in your hub axle) but its not.
Its when your wheel crosse the vertical plane above the finish line!!
Thank fook I was riding a 24" ;D
