Dex Dexter would like to know if any OS'ers would be attending.
If there are then they'll provide trophies and man love etc, etc.
Its a good event with unclipped, pit bike races and high jump comps on the saturday and racing on the sunday including the grands afterward.
I won a fookin huge trophy last year when I beat JD_76!! ;D

Camping on site and cheap digs in Crewe if needed!!
Unfortunately I can't commit yet as date is too far in't future but I should be in attendance if the date doesn't clash with owt.
So post here to show interest and I'll start a Rider List nearer the time. :daumenhoch:

Thanks Moley.
As the man says, we have a big 2 day event going down this year. Sat 21st and Sunday 22nd August.
Saturday is currently planned as being pretty relaxed with Novice racing and fun events and Sunday is the full days racing programme finishing with the Bod Fields Grands. £5in (as long as you have raced another class), 16+, one lap top 4 go through. Big big money for the winner!!
So I have a couple of questions.
1. Will there be interest in an Old School race.
We are currently spending big on the Trophies and I'd like to see a class but I know that old school love for Crewe is a bit mixed. Your feedback here will be appreciated.
2. Do you want to do anything extra?
I am open to the idea of many events realy. Show and shine, fancy dress races, side hack races (Crewe is downhill remember), pin the tail on the Diggler. Whatever you want.
So again - please let me know.
We are in detailed planning mode now so I reckon you have till the middle of June to let me know if you want anything special putting on.
Have a think youths and post your replies here.
Dex

Me and Mark W have previously posted to say that we're up for it.
I probably won't actually enter until a bit nearer the event as if there's not enough OS, then I don't fancy my chances racing the ex-Pros etc in Masters :LolLolLolLol:
Anyone else up for a last summer wobble after the regionals finish?

I am deffo interested... missed this last year and I like Crewe track.

Am pleased to confirm that BADBMX have this in the race schedule and we will be attending!!!! Love a road trip!!!
Do they have the OS race on the same day as the NS race? Actually thinking about it aloud - sod it ill race OS.... hardly get to ride OS that often so will make a nice change
Loved Crewe last year for the regional and wont miss this for the world...
The South are coming.....

This is where we have some flexibility. I could do the OS on the saturday if that sat better with everyone. It's up to you boys.
Do it - leavse your free for NS on Sunday and watching.
OR
Do it Sun and have you mixed in with the full race schedule. OS is also eligible to enter the Grands event too. Line up next to Liam on an 83 Burner?
Still loving the idea of a side hack race on Saturday - who has them?
-
im easy - ill bring both bikes if the OS is on the saturday and then race either Vets/Masters or Cruiser on the sunday - but wouldnt do both on one day...
but ill put OS at the front and happy to go with the flow.... be great if we can get 20+ OS rides and have semi's like last year in the Regional. One of my best weekends in BMX that....

Its downhill................do OS, Cruiser and the Grands!! :daumenhoch:

Yeah! But do the Grands on the OS. Classic!!
I'm told the first place trophy is big enough to accept an entire bottle of Champagne!!
I'll do pics when they are delivered.
I can't wait. The track is brand new. 4th straight mellowed just a tad. Bigger nipple on the second jump on the 2nd straight.
2024 have a done a minter of a job on the Program.
Everything feels sorted.
Roll on next week.
