Hi Guys, not sure where to post this, so I'll stick it in here.
I inherited a set of bars on a bike that look just about identical to a pair of GT Santa Ana's (from what I can see on the photos on vert-ego). I'm not sure if these are a good copy as they have no stamps, just a tatty GT decal which anyone could've put on. How do I tell if they are the real deal? Welds are quality, and there is no knurling.
Anyone have any idea?
Cheers

OK, I give up. How do I post a bloody photo from my hard drive?
:idiot2:

I use photobucket for forum pic's, once the pic is in photobucket copy the bottom link on the pic into your thread, I'm sure there is another thread somewhere about how to do it :daumenhoch:

i've just bought a set off jj and he said the early ones were'nt stamped and never had no knurling on em
-
early GT bars (pre 84) aren't stamped or knurled, bars changed when the frames changed AFAIK

Cheers guys, lets try again......

Oh FF's sake!
I work on a bloody computer all day and I can't figure out a freakin chat post!!! lol
I opened a photobucket account, uploaded my photos, copied the URL, pasted it between the [img] bits and hit post. Nuthin. Should I wait until there's a 10 year old around to help?
