Title: Foxbat Freestyler?
Post by: ronster on February 25, 2011, 11:00 AM
I just bought Daz's freestyle f&f set he had up for sale :)...someone has mentioned it maybe a Foxbat freestyler?....does anyone have any info or pics/ads of them back in the day?...just interested to know what decals etc to try and get Del to have a look at and colours too...found one on the museum which looks the same but not detailed enough pics for me to do the graphics.
Any help guys would be the shit :daumenhoch:

Ronnie , I think Del already has the artwork for these  ;)  I got a frame and forks off him a while back , he had put custom decals on it but im sure he said he had done the original ones too  . Nice cheap frameset imo ..... how light are they

Del changed the decals again and it now looks like this  :

Quite tongue in cheek with it being done in the Silverfox/Mt Racing style but I like it .  I grabbed it to throw some crappy parts on that I otherwise wouldn't of used   :D  The welds on it are very neat and it's unusual with the twin top tube and the aero/teardrop downtube .

We could start the 'Foxbat' owners club Ronnie   :LolLolLolLol:

The original decals were a bit crap Ronnie  ;D

John (bobafett) grabbed the frame and forks for me of Del thinking he had got me an MT Racing trickfox (think he should stick to geese :D )  When I saw it i liked it and thought what the hell I'll have it , the new powder, decals and headset made the frame and forks 'free' in a way  :D

you built it up more yet?

Mr Fett has also kindly donated a set of wheels , they need a bit of work and then it can be built up with loads of copy parts   ;)

That sounds cool...managed to get most of the original parts with it from Daz bar the wheels so will build mine up similar to standard if I can. Dont know what wheels to use  though?...mags or spokes?...

Am I mistaken ,,  :-\

did they do a Foxbat with about 4 or  5 holes inbetween the twin toptubes going bigger in size from the head tube to the seatube,,  ???

the Ruler used to have one  :)

Or was that someting else  :D
