I am fine thanks for all who asked,  Just a bit of gravel rash,  touch wood, evertime I fall it looks quite bad, but I just get up and walk away,  its was the same when i raced 20+ years ago,   Lets hope my good luck continues, because I know there will be more falls to come ,  lol

and Yes Jamie did overtake me when I crahsed,
and yes that was the crash that stopped me makiing the A Final
and yes I deserve all thre ribbinf you can throw at me, and I will take it like a man, 

afterall I dish out enough - LOL
