I carn`t make my mind up what crank to stick on my gen1 dp firebird freestyler build, 1 piece sugino with powerdisc dated 1982 or 3 piece takagi.. :-\
what do you think????
-
Be 1 piece if you are going to use a three piece it has to be a chromoly one like a set of redlines 400 or 401s or Sugino CT's IMO :daumenhoch:

I always use a 1 piece as that's what I ran BITD, keeps the budget down on my builds too. :daumenhoch:

i used to run a one piece bitd,i think it was a TIOGA task force hollow one.never had any probs with it!I always wanted 3 piece cranks as a kid, probably cos all the pros had them,so i went for a set of Profile retro 3 piece.I love them but there is a part of me that thinks i shouldnt have bothered spending the £250 and gone for the opc as i think the one piece looks cleaner.everyone i knew had one piece cranks bitd, who could afford redlines as a kid(or now!!)

go 1 piece and get a nice sealed BB for it :daumenhoch:
