I always admired everyone else's builds, so a while back though it was time I got stuck in myself. I bought a Haro Sport 88 F&F off the bay for 60 bucks, and brought her home.

Obviously I wasn't leaving her yellow, so stripped off the clothing to find she was originally blue..

Enentually, I got her powdercoated, and dressed up in 1984 stickers.
She was born again on May 15th 2006, weighing in at 28-30 lbs, and healthy. Both father and daughter are doing fine..

Thanks for the lovely comments. The powdercoating was done in a little place between san Jose and San Francisco- "Accurate: powdercoating. cost 100 dollars. Its my first experience with the stuff. I'd never heard of it until I discovered radbmx. The bars are had all the black/silver stickers, but were in bad condition, so I dropped them down to chrome. I tried a pair of kneesavers, but I can't get used to them- they don't look right. I didn't go crazy with genuine period perfect parts. The wife told me Ive plenty other things which i need to spend my cash on...errrm yes dear. ;).
(she doesn't know about the top secret undercover project ongoing in the garage named "operation streetbeat" ;)
