Title: GT Performer ......... lets see em
Post by: otterolly on July 17, 2006, 01:05 PM: I've got a 85 GT Performer to build but I dont know what colour to do. Always wanted a yellow one back in 84 but got a Haro Master instead. Its a toss up between yellow & white but I dont know which colour to go with but whichever I choose it will have black or white tuufs on it. Please post some pics of your bikes to help me along with my colour choice.

Dave , i'd go yellow F+F , white tuffs , blue pads , black Gt tyres , chrome bars -seat post , basically the bike he has in the Ad where he is sitting posed on top of the bike , I'm sure someone has a pic of that Ad .

1986 - 87 frame...the forks don't look like GT's to me though...

Later frames had cable guides on the down tube and a caliper bridge near the BB

Forks are defo not GT by the looks of it
