Torker build phase 2

Came to a grinding halt as my Skyway axle wheel nuts did not fit, booo!
And my chain ring bolts were too long, booooo more!

New tuff 2's any advice on 24 / 26 tpi and 3 8th's welcolm please and chain ring bolt length.

but otherwise coming along
