Many of you will have seen this bike before but it is now finally at a point where I now consider it finished!I have been through..5 sets of wheels,3 stems,3 pairs of tyres,3 pairs of bars,3 pairs of grips.4 pairs of levers and 5 pairs of cables in the last 2 years to get it to where I want it so as you can imagine I am quite pleased I can finally put it to bed.Tweaks since last time are:
swapped bars for VDC gen2 Woody Itson bars
swapped levers ACS gen2 lockers for Gen1's
swapped pedals for ACS Stoker
swapped rear 901 for 880
accquired x8 Tuf Neck chainring bolts
removed gyro and added clear powerglide cables
added griptape
swapped freewheel for Shimano 333 silent ratchet
swapped used grips for nos
Special thanks to bobbssy for giving me the nod on the levers :daumenhoch:
Finally got some pics in the sun today, enjoy!

-
Always loved this build but it definately looks even better now :4_17_5:
Great choice of parts :daumenhoch:
-
Goes together very well; those pedals ...... 8) ...... however I liked the first set of bars better :-X
-
:4_17_5:

Really nice build mate, well done. :daumenhoch:
-

Superb! :4_17_5: :daumenhoch:
-
Don't like it...a total mish mash of parts, horrible chrome, off-white parts......what were you thinking?
:coolsmiley:
Beautiful Damo, be proud. :daumenhoch:
-
oooooo shiny shiny, really like this alot damo, white n chrome really pops, lovely bit of griptape too :daumenhoch:
-
Thanks for the comments guys!nothing else will be getting changed now unless I find a set of nos white tuffs :daumenhoch:
-
So clean looking, lush, love them pedals soooooo much
-
Cock on Daimo, woody bars and my fave peds :daumenhoch:
-
Glen-thanks mate, wanted to do the frame justice,it's a work of art :daumenhoch:
Ian-I value your comment greatly, thankyou the changes are only subtle but to the connoisseur..... :daumenhoch:
fischflo-I know what you mean, the old bars suited it but these are 100% era correct(the Haro's weren't) and look more like the bars I had bitd :daumenhoch:
Rich-you plonker ::)
Tommy-not again! ::)I am done tweaking this now! :daumenhoch:
Steve-nice one!you havn't seen it in the flesh-the sunlight is too flattering to my beigey yellow tuffs and more than off white tyres!!the new grips make them look worse!! :daumenhoch:
Richard-I used to have clear griptape on it bitd, but your futura build kinda prompted me to grip it up(btw borrowed my mates camera for these pics) :daumenhoch:
Andy and Jaymz-Cheers,i love the peds too.I changed the XC's for DX's but they just looked too chunky and not bling enough for the frame-these are way nicer and just right I reckon!Andy,it is one of your wedges holding the stem in so you have contributed to this build in your own way! :daumenhoch:
