This is my Haro Freestyler 83'
http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,122173.msg1177616.html#msg1177616
I'm thinking of selling it, would anyone be able to give me an idea on how much it would be worth, and i did have the pads redone.
Thanks in advance
Chris

Why woud you want to sell something you've had for that long though ???

Hi,
i don't really want to split it up as i feel sorry for it, if you know what i mean, however i could do with the funds to be honest.

Couldn't we all mate. ::)
Truth is, completes are difficult to shift of late.
You're always gonna shift the frame, forks, bars and wheels though. In fact there not much on there that wouldn't fly out. :coolsmiley:

Some very very nice bits on there mate :4_17_5:
You will be robbed blind mate if you try and sell as a complete. No doubt whoever got it would probably split it and double their money.
I'd definitely split it and sell it here on rad so you wouldn't get screwed over price or ebay fees!
The wheels alone are worth around £700 mate....
You'd have to price it somewhere around £1500-£3000 and no one has that kind of cash lying around for a survivor bike >:(
Some of those parts are in great condition too.... A complete 3 piece pad set is super rare.
Keep or sell it in parts....it's a no brainer.
I'm sure ever bit would sell in minutes on here :daumenhoch:

buy yourself a site supporter tag and sell it on here without ebay fees :daumenhoch:
but only if you have to
I mean really have to
most people on here would kill to have their original bike

...let alone that one :slayer:

yea mate don't sell as complete bike you will get more money splitting up. plus the best part about collecting old school bikes is sourcing the parts and building it yourself.
that's the the satisfaction when you can stand back and admire it knowing you done it all yourself. pure joy ;D
