Title: Ratgoose Decade is well ratty. C'est fini 15/07/14
Post by: Jaymz on June 28, 2014, 02:55 PM: Did a deal with Jamie for this, it was completely stripped, and about to off for new powder, but I loves a ratty survivor! I think this falls into the well loved category of survivor, I've wiped it over and reassembled, nothing's been replaced, all I've done is put a pair of ratty comp lll tyres on until I can get some freestyle ones , just waiting on the grips and pedals to arrive

I couldn't let all that history go, I sit and look at all the chips and scratches and just wonder what it's been up to for the last 26 years, how much fun was had on it, how it may have been a treasured and well loved possession, how someone's parents scrimped and saved to buy it, there was no way I could look at a restored one and feel the same about it

Been out today on it, survivor tyres are such an ass popped off the rim twice

cheers man, just gotta swap the tyre tyres out as the beadings gone on them and they pop off the wheel, you can see how uneven they sit on the pics

of course clint it's going to be my lake rider this year. I think two more are coming as well both survivors as well

just some shitty white tread amber wall freestyle tyres, part worn!! I've got some black ones to go on it so I get thrashin, just waiting for the right pair to tip up
