Title: Haro kneesavers genuine or fake?
Post by: Weaver on July 18, 2014, 04:33 PM
Can anyone tell me if these bars are genuine please. They have no Haro chevrons on them.

Stu's right i guess :)

however :D....

the NL brand did seem to make kneesavers for Haro though ........http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?pid=4741187#p4741187

and Paul stunster did say this
"haro did do those bars without the chevons as did have a set that were nos with the haro sticker on them and no difference i could tell only the chevon missing " (http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,15230.msg162439.html#msg162439)

....just saying :surprise: ;D

 :daumenhoch:

wonder if the logo just might be "HL"
"It stands for Heng Ling or Hung Leung or Hung Ling or Hung Leng. something like that anyway.  Huge manufacturer of bike components that were used by hundreds of bike brands.  The same bars as these may have been fitted to 20 different brands from dept store bikes to some well known brands." (f.ex post#21 Pretender @ http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=296297)

edit: :D
these your bars?

Fatboy and Shaggabagga ...... HL is Kalin company, and on everything so "no telling" and "mid school torkers came with these bars"
