Title: a few changes to the trm
Post by: john4130 on January 21, 2017, 03:09 PM
so thanks to jaymz i finally got the bars i've been after, when he was splitting his haro he remembered i had asked him about his tioga airwave bars he picked up at mk16. i could finally get rid of the cw bars on my trm that i never really liked on it. after fitting the bars i decided to change the anodised green look rattle canned parts . replaced the copy tuf neck stem with a pro neck, changed the copy dc mx1000/900 with a set of blue dc mx1000/900 with some survivor blue tech 3 levers, fitted a blue sugino ring and a black hinged clamp. much happier with it now.
how it looked.

Sweet set up  . HOLESHOT stickers  give a real " as they were in the day"  look.

the forks are holeshot rf1 forks. i didn't have the original trm one's but i think the holeshot ones fit right in with being british made and brazed.

I remember the days when RF1 frames and forks were thought to be purely mythical and none existed, great to see the forks at least!  Do you have an RF1 frame to match?
