Now that's a nice bike. Need a drool icon for that one. I rolled a first gen Haro with Campy Graphites way back. Removed the rear hub and bolted in a coaster. Every time I see one of those I remember the first go on it thinking "I'm on a REAL freestyle bike now".
-
PUCKER - Love the red and blue brakes and levers. 8 :coolsmiley:
-
:daumenhoch: Great bit off history Mr S - nice touch mate
-
lookin good bill. does it feel like the old one? when i rode a bike with cw's on like i used to ride bitd, I instantly rcognized the feeling after god knows how many years....
-
Note to self - must join the long queue of people wanting a Gen1.
Love the build - I managed to bring bits in from the garage yesterday whilst the missus was at the shops and finally build the mini - pics will be put on tonight.
Incidentally Billy are the bar ends plastic push in Grab Ons? If so I have some red ones that are on a bike that I don't need you can have them if you want.
Paul

Superb!
-
Ah,memories :daumenhoch: well done that man! and you managed to get the seat guts the right way around this time Bill :daumenhoch:
-
It`s not the seat guts the wrong way round, but for some reason I used a layback seatpost then slid the seat right down it :idiot2: I was going to do it to this one too, but the seat guts have a tab to stop you sliding it forward so it stayed where it was :daumenhoch:
Edit: just looked at it again and your right Daz they are the wrong way round:
-
Very tidy build Bill !!!!
Are you gonna ride it ?
-
Just took another pic with the new end caps supplied by Frosty, thanks mate :daumenhoch:
