Title: what width tyres?
Post by: phantom 19 on July 22, 2007, 09:26 AM
I`m rebuilding what`s left of my dp freestyler. Back when I used to use it (early 90`s) I used whatever 2nd hand tyres were kicking around, usually comp 3`s! What width tyres should I go for 1.75s? 1.95s? I want it to look proper old - mid school so am going for whitewalls.

thanks

if you are happy with a midschool tyre go for 1.95 v-monsters

i wouldn't run whitewalls, they look a bit fruity ;)

find some skinwall v monsters (or cheng shin double v's)

you can ride those tyres on almost anything
