Title: Quad Pauls Big Stack at the Heath

Will he be fit for MK :-\ Te Harve n Sam may have just had the best stroke of luck ever ;)

Gutted had just stepped up to the big set on the right side of the Hetah when I decide to unitentionally try a 1 hander 1 footer and bit the dust. The cuts and grazes are the last of my worries but really think I've done a becks and broken my 5th Metatsle in my right foot. No way I'm goning to A&E though as can't aford to have them put it in plaster!!

But don't worry I'll be racing MK even if I strap the fook out my foot and take a shit load of.........

Doc reckons 1 week's rest and plenty of Ibuprofen and I'll be good to go for MK. THANK FOOK for that!!!
