Title: ASA event round 2, SD ***last pics added***

I went to round 2 of the ASA event for bmx vert Saturday.  Simon Tabron won again and just blew my mind.  So smooth, big air and brakeless.

Just as the 2 second runs began my phone rings and my friend has a pass for me.  I proceeded up the stairs to the top of the halfpipe and watched the rest of the competition from the platform. :daumenhoch:  I wasn't supposed to take any pics up there but I just couldn't resist  >:D

JB did not attend this one, but there were some very good competition.  Steve Mcann(sp), Koji Kraft, Jay Eggleston, Austin Colemann and more that I can't recall names.  Koji Kraft is a nutter, he just starts adding bar spins and tailwhips to the end of his airs if he has time during re-entry.  Here's more pics

I MC'd pro vert at Masters in Cologne a few months back & Simon literally made me speechless when he nailed a no-hand to barspin 540, truly amazing! He deserves his place on any podium!

excellent pics Andy. You've got them perfect. Just enough of the ramp to see where they're taking off so you can truly appreciate the height these guys are getting.

sometimes with the size of the ramps being around the 15ft mark, a 10 foot air can be made to look fairly average.
