Hi, anyone have any pic's & a speck of Dennis Mc Coy's Green 86 Master, Im thinking of building one  8)

That's the only pic i've seen with DMC on 3 pc cranks. Most pics I have he's riding 1 pieces. The bike looks stock other than wheels, straight post, gyro, and cranks/sprocket. He was all over the magazines in 86 so good photos are plentiful.

Does that look like a Group 1 Stem  :-\

I know its not a great shot of it, but the edges look a little to sharp for a Group 1

Here is a shot of the bike i was gonna build a few years back ,done with black parts,grip tape on the top tubes,haro pegs,1pc...........

Nice one Jay, now that is a group 1 stem, I like 3pc cranks better though  :-\

Thats a great shot, can see a lot of the part very easy  :daumenhoch:

both pics look like they have 85 forks and pegs in 86 colours

No they are 86 Forks, as they are half Chrome, but they are 85 Pegs/Standers on the first one  :)

my 86 pegs are lower than the 85 ones unless i have the wrong forks

You may be right, I will check mine tomorrow, but Iv got two 86 Masters, one has cable guides on the frame & the other one does not  :-\

in the '86 haro catalog the pegs are high like the '85 models but I've got a 86 sport with them in the lower position and in fact Wilkerson's blue sport in the front of the same  catalog has them lower... go figure.. i guess they just used surplus '85 F&F's in 86 untill they ran out
