sad news of his passing. even in his latter years he was still a mad fooker. i remember reading about him beating up his former publicist with a baseball bat while both his arms were in plaster. only evel. back in 1997 we dedicated the bristol cider riders to him (check out bcr on the vcr part 1 on youtube) for he was the original stuntman. A sad day indeed but we all knew it was coming, he wasnt in the best of health. I just heard that Richard Hammond has done a documentary on the man wich is going to be shown in the next couple of weeks so keep an eye out for that.
He was an arsehole though there is no denying that and if anyone saw the documentary 'Touching Evil' you will know what i am talking about.
Now then whats the betting a few of these will pop up on the bay in the next few weeks ::)

man Evel would turn in his grave if he see that hanging there doing bugger all , go ride it in his memory .......
-
I heard that Evel was interviewed by Richard Hammond of Top Gear for a special episode on Christmas Eve.
I always like this quote by Evel Knievel, it makes me smile-
"There were a couple of women I should have screwed that I didn't, there were a couple of ramps I wish I had hit a bit faster. But apart from that, I have had a good life."
