That was the first time I'd fallen off since the July 2006.  :(

I'm aching like you wouldn't believe now though. :( :(

Booked an appointment with my sports physio for Thursday so I'll be fine for the weekend.  :daumenhoch:

Me too....  walked to work like a cripple today... getting better though so ill be ok as well for sunday...
