Thats about half hour ago just above my hip, had an ex-ray yesterday & three fractured ribs as well, not to mention the skin rash on my right arm & shoulder, bruised finger tips & a black fingernail.

Hmmm, a bit of a blur, but jedi says I went over the bars about halfway down the 6/7' quarterpipe, I love the taste of concrete me ;)
You should see my lid, if anyone wants to know why I/we wear them, then ask to see it, faily deep gouges on the side/back :rant:
Re being to old, to be honest the last few times I have crashed it has been plainly obvious that my body no longer has the ability to 'bounce back' like it used to :(

Tony - you getting up to Corby during June - seem to remember you are getting back to work soon so not sure if that puts a stop on your regular riding sessions for a while.

Not worried about getting back in the saddle, I may be a bit apprehensive, but I'll still be as scared/shite as before ;)
As for the concrete, thats what worries me now ...
