nos se quad, its the red one that is in biagio's gallery with red zeds on. i bought the frame and forks though maybe sacrilidge to some, sprayed it black, then loads of black ones were coming up on the bay so decided to spray it baby blue, but instead of using a hint of blue in the white paint, i put a hint of blue in a pearl white, and came out the colour you see here.

 that walen is something different
-
I just read an article in an old Invert Magazine about that Walen - small mention in their news section from about 1992 - I think that may be the year of this bike as its in the sction about new stuff.
I actually know the history of this bike I think - if this is the one that was on ebay?
My old friend Dave Drew owned Green Machine BMX shop in Devon, and this Walen was in his showroom -  he got it into his shop in 1992 , but it never sold. Green Machine's new owners ebayed a whole load of old stock not long ago, and this was part of that old stock. In fact, they still have a shed load of Bully 1" frames and forks!
Nice build by the way, im liking the new brakes and pedals and stem etc youve put on there. Well done, and I bet this is the only one in the country!
-
Here you go - July 1992 issue of invert - this bike is defo a 92!

can this go in? I know its N/S but its rero N/S lol (if not, mods please feel free to pull it)

				My June attempt... :)

1984 Mongoose Eric Rupe Signature Edition :

Also...a bit of history on this one.  It is still being researched...but it is believed that this frame was owned and raced by the man himself in Australia.  Then given to a lucky individual after the racing had finished.
