I'll be there. Never raced there before so I expect to suck big time.

Having said that I've been out on my mountain bike a few times for some nice long rides so at least my fitness is picking up a bit.  :LolLolLolLol:

dont confuse yourself zips - i thought that as well but its different muscle groups etc...

compare dragging my carcass up a 1000m climb taking 3 hours last week all in middle or granny ring (1 hour down. weeeeeeeeeeeeee) to 45 seconds of sprinting.....

but i expect you will be at the front some where mate...

see you sunday - does sonic have a pink ticket?

Plan on being there, just got to put the Robbo back together again, waiting for wheels to come from the States, if not will have to use the other ones again.
Anyone know if the skatepark next to the track is open yet??????

Racing normally starts about 1300.  I expect finals will start about 1600 seeing as this is an inter-regional (might get 300 riders at this one so it's like a mini-national).

Don't bother with Red Bull. Go for Relentless instead. twice as much for the same money.  Taste better as well.  :daumenhoch:

as i finished early 2day i decided to build a start gate in the garden to practice and after an hour i can now stand up and start
i had been doing 1 footed starts and by the time im out the gate everyones over the first jump !!!
