Yeah I noticed the AD Lugs and the cable guides on the down tube.

 86-87, got gen 1 stickers on it  though! Someone trying to be clever, there's been a few of these around lately. It probably wasnt all chrome when new because these were mainly  two tone like Wilkersons on the Kellogs.
