If you were there, what do you remember?
Were you a rider?
A fan?
Innocent bystander?
Post up your memories and pictures, magazine shots, whatever......
This should be fun!

Too many memories to mention but the ones that stick in my head are:
Seeing Hoffman ride for the first time.
Hoffman telling me my bars were bent (he's bike was hardly dialled in :2funny:)
Having my 15th birthday during the week of the event and peeps buying me beers.
University Digs
Hoffmam shattering tuff 2's like it was nowt.
Greg Guillotte doing a ramp run on about six different bikes.
My rear wheel locking up mid flatland run.
I could go on forever it was a crazy week and I'm gratefull to have been involved.
I dont have many pics but heres a few I found.

Yep, I was there, riding flatland.. beaten by Gary Neale, who was his usual smooth and technical self..
I remember the whole thing like it was yesterday though... Hoffman's Jammin' Salmon's and Andy Browns Decade Air attempt.. :2funny:
-
Me and my mate went to the Gloucester round in 87.
Saw Mat Hoffman there but he didn't ride.
Some guy called Greg was pretty awesome as well. :LolLolLolLol:
His timing was awesome and managed to hit a huge air right on que in practice and in the event itself.
