Title: Mystery mid school stem..S&M?

bought this stem from a mid school S&M dirtbike 94, didnt look like it fitted the build so the guy sold it to me for a fiver, think he's getting a redneck shafted stem for it.

Just wanted to know what stem this is, done a bit of research over the weekend but havnt come across this stem.

Anyone got some ideas?

That's an odyssey "bang" stem, haven't seen one of those for a while!
