and damaged flexor digitorus longus

i had to go back to hospital after racing preston as it hurt like fook .i already knew id cracked bone but felt okay .made it ten times worse and not its pretty sore .

A lovely gravel rash right down one side of me and my leg ( hamstring , banjo string ,whatever )is fooked , :'(

so unless I get some physio ,Carradine style , I'm not gonna be there for Leeds

I'm not as good at falling off as I was :crazy2:

I picked a helmet up from that neck of the woods earlier this week and just popped up to have a look. I saw some pics of it just before they rebuilt it last summer and it looked in a sorry state. The other day though, it looks as though they have spent a lot of money on it. No room for the spectaters though to come in the fenced in part. It's only about 15/20 mins away from me . They are building another one soon i hear just about a mile and a half from our house in the bramley/armley area of leeds as well. 8)

I am going up with russ j and probably being joined by cobby. We had planned around dinner time. If i can talk them into bit earlier we will see you there. :coolsmiley:

Russ i read somewhere that the governments increased interest in promoting bmx racing was another avenue to keep kids on the straight and narrow. There must be a few naughty kids in leeds then ;)

I'll see if there's any more tomorrow at race 3 of the Scottish Series - still time to travel up North... it's only 2 hours past the border if you've nothing better on tomorrow... OS is bulging at the seams here; every race sees another few dustin' off the chrome. We're hopng for 2 full gates tomorrow........multo pain-v-ego ratio. Let;s face it u You still want to beat the same guys you did BITFD!
