Title: ARRIVED TODAY, MY FIRST EVER NOS F&F
Post by: DIRTBIKER250F on September 10, 2009, 08:15 PM: And i have to say, its a funny feeling knowing its never been a bike in its history. Not been a twat, but i have been building nigh on 5 years and never had a nos one before. Customs still took a chunk like :Aresehole:

Mine did come with Plastic, I guess it would depend on when they were assembled early or late 85 ???

There out there Paul, I would say you would have more chance finding some plastic Nos/Mint Tuffs than alloys, I have had two pairs, one white, one Blue, but having said that, the rear will be a coaster & steel :-\

About Tuffs, think those 85 Masters came originally with 2x alloy hubbed ones, then one ally one plastic (front), that was the improvement from Skyway at the time and then 2 plastic hubs front and rear...(more likely 86 models?)

hard to tell dates, guess they were so many minor changes, including in the suppliers stuff,
remember they were just kids bikes, and in high demand at the time

Like Chris, remember seeing the 2 types of hubs, sorry don't have right now
