MOST OF YOU OLD SCHOOLERS KNOW ME

WELL MONDAY NIGHT JUST B4 BED I FELT A BIT OUT OF BREATH AND WENT TO BED  WHERE I WAS STILL BREATHLESS BUT NOW ACCOMPANIED BY A THROBBING IN MY CHEST

I THOUGHT IT WAS INDEGESTION,SO GOT UP AND HAD SOME REMEGEL TO CALM IT DOWN ,,BUT IT DID NOT,,I ENDED UP BACVK IN BED AND WAS UP 4/5 TIMES THROUGH THE NIGHT OUT OF BREATH

TUESDAY MORNING I GOT UP WITH NO CHANGE STILL OUT OF BREATH WITH A DEFINATE POUNDING OF THE CHEST ,,SO RANG DOCTORS  COULD NOT FIT ME IN SO RANG NHS DIRECT WHO WANTED ME IN STRAIGHT AWAY TO A+E AS SHE SUSPECTED A MILD HEART ATTACK,,,MY GOD CRAPPED MESELF ,,MY BROTHER CAME OVER AND TOOK ME STRAIGHT TO HOSPITAL WHERE THEY PUT ME ON A MONITER WHICH SHOWED MY HEART WAS OUT OF BALANCE AND WAS ERRATIC BEATING,,,MY PULSE WAS LOW AS 35 UP 139 BPM AND THE CONSULTANT EXPLAINED WAT HAD GONE ON,,,,THE TOP PART OF MY HEART HAD GONE INTO A SPASM STATE CAUSING THE BOTTOM PART TO GO OUT OF BEAT,,,VERY SCARY THIS AS YA HEART FEELS LIKE IT WANTS TO JUMP OUT YA CHEST AT TIMES
HIS TREATMENT WAS AN INJECTION TO CALM THE HEART DOWN AND SLOW IT TO A POINT THAT THEY BOTH GOT IN RYTHYM OR AN ELECRIC SHOCK,,,,GOD I THOUGHT ,,,ANYWAY HE PUT THE INJECTION IN SLOWLY AND AFTER A WHILE IT SLOWED DOWN BUT WAS STILL OUT OF BEAT ,,NEXT OPTION WAS TO SHOCK IT INTO RYTHYM TO DO THIS HE NEEDED A GUY WHO PUTS YA TO SLEEP SO OFF HE WENT TO FIND 1 ,,,ME AND THE WIFE WERE LEFT ALONE JUST CHATTING AND IN THE BACKGROUND THE PULSE MONITER COULD BE HEARD,,,,THEN IT WENT INT RYTHYM AGAIN WOW I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT THE INJECTION AHAD WORKED SO WIFE WENT TO FIND DOC WHO WAS JUST WALKIN BACK IN WITH THE BLOKE WHO PUTS YA TO SLEEP,,,YES HE SHOUTED

SO FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS I HAVE BEEN IN HOSPITAL UNDERGOIN VARIOUS TESTS  BUT AM NOW HOME,,,THANK GOODNESS BUT ON MEDICATION NOW FOR LIFE TO CALM THE HEART DOWN AND ON ASPRIN TO THIN BLOOD

OUTCOME WAS TO KEEP CYCLING AND LIVE LIFE LIKE I WAS PUT ADVISED ME OF NO EXPLOSIVE EXCERCISE LIKE BMX RACIN,,,,YEH AS IF IM GONNA STOP SO AM GONNA STILL DO IT BUT AM GONNA JUST RIDE ROUND WITH MOLEY AND CREW IF THATS OK WITH THEM

WONT BE AT PRESTON AT WEEKEND BUT ALL HAVE A GOOD DAY AND RACE HARD

I think a full lifestyle change is in order!!

1. Stop ya dodgy dealing, its far too stressful (plus you'll only buy it back at a later date)
2. Lay off the pies
3. Stop ya alcoholic binges
4. Moderate exercise (this does not mean walking to the pub. SEE ABOVE)
5. Use Lowercase instead of UPPERCASE (Shouting all the time must have detrimental side effects)

Follow these simple rules and you'll outlive us all (or at least it will feel you've lived for twice as long)

Hopefully you'll come to Crewe for a roll.   Its a nice mellow track thats easy for us Old schoolers!!  :LolLolLolLol:
