Title: 24" rims. Recommendations. Good value for money.

I'm in the process of building a midschool 24" wheel race bike(not sure of the correct terms). I've come back to bmx after years plodding around on mtb's. The only major part I need to finish the bike is wheels. I've got hubs but need rims. Could you please recommend either some good value(ie a bargain) rims or wheels.
