Title: Hoffman crazy Frankenstein full suspension bmx
Post by: Sii BMX on October 26, 2020, 04:19 PM
So had a old Hoffman with a bit of a bent back end so started chopping it up and welding bits together I ended up with a full suspension bmx. Rear suspension failed so had to flip it the other way which sorted it out, I did fit a set of 24" front shocked but they were no good and just leaked oil every were and put the bike on a funny angle. I also fitted a motorcycle chain tensioner but it was not needed and the chain seems to stay on with out it.
So it's a bit rough but was fun to build and bunny hops have never been so easy.
So yeah another frankenbike from my shed.

Yeah they are pretty cool..I have seen a few people on YouTube make them so thought I would do a budget version of my own. They are so bouncy, it's like a space hopper with wheels .
