Title: Peregrine seat clamp question.
Post by: Chilli Rinse on February 09, 2021, 10:59 PM
Do any of you guys know if there is a significance to the differently shaped nut on some Peregrine seat clamps ? I know it probably locates in the body of the clamp better but why some with and some without ? Is it year specific, possibly on the 88 version ? I have only found a few pics of them with it and most have normal hex nuts. One is on eBay and has the nut in question but the nut is gold and so is the bolt. The pic shows the type I am on about.

Thanks for looking guys 👍🏼

Cheers Carl, I found this pic on the museum reference section. It doesn't help with the nut and bolt question. It helps to date some of them though.
