Hi,

Generally speaking "high spots" are due to a lack of balance of the spokes tightness relative to the hub being central.

Unless of course there are massive dents/twists in the rims - then thats another level

I'd check that the rims lay flat 1st (without hubs/spokes installed) then get them built up by someone who knows how.

my 2 pence

It's more twist in rim  /dents   Someone looked at them today
He told me even if I mallet them streight they will be weak .
Might give it a go

Hi,

I've used a chap called George twice before but he's moved miles away from me now. Try looking for him on FB (I don't do FB) he asked me to follow him (whatever that means :) )

He said it was GTR

Maybe give him a try?
