where is the details about lytham being moved to manc indoor?

I don't think it's 100% sorted John, but Goldcoast Club were given the option of holding their regional at either Lytham, Blackpool (the new track) or the new Manc indoor track (assuming it's properly finished). The clubs in the North were all consulted prior to this being agreed. The track of preference was Manc indoor. I'll let you all know as soon as I find out for sure.

I don't think the indoor track is open to public any time.

I'm almost sure it's only open for BMX events and organised trips ,,i.e school visits etc $:-\$
