Ok, so technically this didn't ALL get delivered today, but it did get delivered in the last 7 days!

Went a bit mental and decided to recreate my old Silver Streak!

Alas the frame & forks that I got off here are pretty battered

Have given them an oxalic bath and a lot of the excess rust has gone, but there are areas that I fear may be past it

No photos post-bath yet, as I only finished super late last night!

So, while I figure out what to do with that frame, I purchased a Senior Pro in very good survivor condition with only small amounts of pitting.
Oh, and all this too:

Am in the process of putting this all together as we speak.
Just waiting for the Monkey Bars to arrive from Mr Dixon and I should be finished this Monday!

Will post a new thread when it's completed.
Without you guys I wouldn't even have started this project, let alone finished it!!

Yer that frame should respond well to a food grade citric acid dip Matt. Try lifting the rust off gently with a toothbrush and can reach inside the front gusset too.
Then a good going over with Mothers metal polish should sort it.
I like the dings, gives it character.
